I was aiming to make a track that sounded underwater. A lot of washed out reverbs and bubbly effects in this one. The track’s structure is also quite fluid. I joke that 2:17 is my "arena moment”. All the drums cut out and that haunting lead comes back in. That moment has a lot of power, in my opinion.
