NEVER DARE THE McW ft Faerytale

I wanted to join in the Irate Pirate's (@gibson-j-4-5) dare to cover Celine's titanic hit.

I rather cheated and asked @Faerytale to do the vocal (again!) poor thing. Lisa has already done several wonderful collabs within this project and her own very beautiful version too. However, I wanted to do a different version of the swoon song topically in the flavour of Bowie's 'Heroes', as I thought that the Heroes riff (ish) would go straight through those few basic chord changes in the old titanic song... and it does if you push hard enough! The "We could be heroes" phrase was also slotted in as a background vocal to add a further clue for the slow on the uptake or otherwise easily distracted (SQUIRREL!) ;-))

Lisa dropped me the jaw-dropping vocals and I did the rest.

The Outro: I sort of imagined a lifeboat slipping away into the darkness. Not sure if anyone in it survives; we can't all be heroes... "I'm floating in a most a peculiar way and the stars look very different today..."
