Pete van Payne started DJing in 1980 at the age of 11. Electronic musik was his obsession since the very first beginning of the style. in 1983 he began working with 3 turntables and was influenced mostly by the style of Carl Cox. The basic techniques of 3 decks mixing were quikly adapted and he began to develop his own style of spinning. Years of touring through the clubs in germany passed by. In January 2009 he met Alex Flemming, the founder of the sound of Techno community and finally became the second head of soundoftechno community. In February 2010 he finally foundet the record label Sound of Techno Record and began producing his own tracks. In early 2011 he foundet the new Lable Techno Emporium Records followed by the Techno Emporium Community. Another big step in developement was to become CEO of the Thunders Club House Radiostation and beginning of international cooperations with other stations. Meanwhile he is also the editor for Germany at Zone Magazine Ireland.
