Alexander Brown

Düsseldorf, Germany

Hello! Here you will find sets that I play, be it at home or in a club, aswell as other mixes that I do for radio stations or just for fun. Generally speaking they can be described as Dub Techno and Techno, but you will find many other elements and influences hidden inbetween the beats. Just listen carefully, and you will know what I mean ;)

Bio:
Alex was born in Düsseldorf, Germany in 1994 and grew up listening to many different kinds of music, from classic Rock to Reggae, Hip Hop, Soul, and of course Techno. In 2008 he discovered his love for the electronic genre and started defining his sound over the years, being heavily influenced by the likes of Loco Dice, Carl Cox, tINI, Carl Craig, Delano Smith, Fred P, Levon Vincent, Ricardo Villalobos, and many more. While obsessively listening to these artists, he developed a true passion for deep grooves and driving, but danceable basslines, far away from what the mainstream would call "Techno". After hosting monthly podcasts aswell as a weekly radio show on ibizaliveradio.com from 2013 - 2017, he is now on to new endeavours in terms of production and label work.
