The song Heaven was originally released on Lamb‘s album What Sound. It is the group’s third release. The producer/vocal duo of Andy Barlow and Lou Rhodes is joined by producers Nellee Hooper and Richard Dorfmeister (of Kruder & Dorfmeister fame) who also contributed to the album. The track Heaven was used repeatedly by the television series Six Feet Under.

I actually got the message of this remix contest on its final day. As I am a huge fan of Lamb since the 90s, I started to work on this song at 10:00 am and finished my work 12 hours later. Sometimes good inspiration and exceptionally great remix material lets you find your path very quickly. That was the case with Heaven. After some long hours of listening, comparing and getting second opinions, all of the staff at Music On Vinyl headquarters and Andy & Lou of Lamb have decided on the winner! I was runner up and this is what Andy & Lou had to say about the remix: Palerider- cool uptempo summer vibe. Hands in the air Ibiza magic ;-).
