<itunes:summary>Who is Orbital Emitter?
Orbital Emitter is a small sound design collective based in New York producing imaginative and unique science fiction sound effects for use in any creative production.
Science Fiction is an integral part of modern pop culture and it can be seen and heard everywhere.
Orbital Emitter takes inspiration from decades of science fiction movies, television, video games and media and we combine that with our own broad goals to make every sound-set we release as useful and exciting as they can be.
Our sound-effects are 100% original and we hope as inspiring as they are fun to use!
So what does Orbital Emitter offer?
Orbital Emitter creates and sells small bundles of sound effects called Sound-Sets. These sound-sets are cohesive sound files built around a subject or theme. Some titles that are in production now are, "Hangar Bay," "Science Lab," "Medical Bay," "Star-Fighters" (including Fly-Bys, launch & landings etc...)
Each sound-set is made up of two parts; audio-scenes and audio-stems. Think of our audio-scenes as field recordings from the future... It's as if we went to the future and put microphones in other worldly locales and then brought those sounds back to the "now."
A perfect example of this can be heard in our soon-to-be-released "Command Center I Sound-Set." (demo clip above!)
This sound-set explores a star-ship command center in various states of activity, from routine to calm to high alert status. (You can read more about this sound-set in the description under the sound-clip.)
Our long playing audio-scenes showcase the inspiration and dedication that we put into all of our sound design.
In addition to these audio-scenes, we provide a folder of audio-stems. The audio-stems are the isolated sound elements used in the audio-scenes.
We feel that this combination of audio-scenes and stems is the least restrictive format allowing our customers the freedom they need for their sci-fi productions.
Our overall goal is to provide in-depth and authentic sounding sci-fi sound effects that are at home in any creative work such as films, video games, apps, television, web or indie productions.
We plan on expanding our futuristic sound library as new sound-sets are completed.
Visit us at orbitalemitter.com for more information.
Look for our first sound-set release by early-mid 2017.
We thank you for reading and hope enjoy our sounds!</itunes:summary>

In Science Fiction, giant galactic vessels travel across the galaxy in search of adventure.
In every one of these space ships is a large chamber where Commanders give orders to be carried out by their crew. This is the Command Center (aka; The Bridge, Control Room or Operations Center.)
We are proud to introduce Command Center I - a comprehensive sci-fi sound effect environment that gives you a rich arsenal of sounds built around this iconic setting.
So, what are we offering exactly? Well, Command Center I is a complete "sound-set" centering around a single environment aboard an imaginary space cruiser. But there's more to it than that... By releasing specialized sound-sets like this, we are able to explore the subject matter in depth providing creative options that may surprise you!

For one price you will receive two folders comprising the entire sound-set.
All audio files are 24 bit/48k WAV files.
The two folders are categorized as Audio-Scenes and Audio-Stems...
