The music of New Big Love reflects many years of experience as live-drummer and music producer. NBL is influenced by musical styles from all over the world and all historical epochs, but has an undeniable tendency towards rhythm, groove and subtle experimental sounds.
NBL´s current tracks are produced exclusively with hardware instruments in order to get closer to the vibe of a real instrument. His hardware-only system allows NBL to feel and perform the same way he would. for example, on a drumset, but with endlessly more possibilities to shape the sound. When performing live, NBL uses an Esx1, Mpc500, Virus B, a mixing console and a couple of fx.
