Tension Paradise

The thinking behind this track is a continuation of the "boiled frogs" analogy. As time goes many of us don't realise we are becoming comfortable with increasing overheads of tension, anxiety or depression. We all paint a picture of paradise, and try not to think about what is growing beneath the cracks of the picturesque scenery. This track explores consciously celebrating and participating in our "tension paradise" - directing attention to it - accepting it and learning to live with it's beauties and dangers.
