Embodying the phrase "Collapsing under the weight of my own magnificence"

The piece begins with a majestic opening statement utilizing wide rhythms and lush sound design to establish the idea of "magnificence". Immediately after this introduction, all of the instruments are overtaken by the beginning of a greater "collapse". Sound design in this section makes use of a heavier and more sinister soundscape, continuing to break down the initial theme using pitch automation after the initial transient of each synth. Sidechaining all of the instruments to the kick exemplifies the collapse of the tune around a single instrument (as if the piece itself is collapsing under the weight of the kick in context of the mix). The use of politically charged vocal samples at the end completely embody the assigned phrase; cut and scratched to move towards a complete sense of chaos and collapse while the textual content of the speech clearly exhibits ideas of extreme self worth and "MAGNIFICENCE".
