Toward the heart.

A back-and-forth between who I was, who I became,
and what I am becoming again.

A SONIC JOURNEY is more than a collection of sounds.
It's a way of saying "I am here"—between the echoes of the past, the beats of today,

Je viens du jazz, de la musique de film, de cette culture Afro américaine qui m’a nourri —
le hip-hop, le groove, les silences qui parlent plus fort que les mots.

Puis la vie a continué…
La jeunesse, les nuits blanches, les clubs, les machines, les machines…
L’électro s’est imposée comme une évidence : directe, puissante, instinctive.
J’y ai mis mon énergie, mes questions, mes pulsations.

Et puis un jour, les rencontres, les voyages, les hasards ou peut-être pas —
m’ont ramené à l’Afrique.
Pas comme une destination, mais comme un retour.
Un retour vers quelque chose d’essentiel.
Vers le cœur.

Ce mix, c’est ce chemin.
Un aller-retour entre qui j’étais, qui je suis devenu,
et ce que je suis en train de redevenir.

A SONIC JOURNEY, c’est plus qu’un assemblage de sons.
C’est une manière de dire “je suis là” —
entre les échos du passé, les battements d’aujourd’hui,
et l’appel du lointain.

We are all inspired by each other and this since the dawn of time, not all the arts escape it and it is beautiful. It is even the signature of the recognition of the power of the arts, they are transmitted from one generation to another. And this allows them to understand and recognize each other. I wanted to tell this little story, that of sampling through a musical journey. Partager un bureau avec des graffeurs (Plus de Couleurs) pendant plus de 5 ans dans un lieu créatif nantais Le Karting, a eu quelques influences sur moi et les miens ... à l'époque, je leur avais dédiés ce petit voyage musicale pour marquer nos moments de vie commune .... alors c'est vendredi trinquons en musique ...
