I heard recently that an average person can have as many as 60,000 thoughts a day. That's a lot! Thoughts can provide massive moments of creativity, inspiration or realisation. A lot of the time they are pretty hum-drum, like "I wonder what's for dinner?" or "That cloud looks like my cat." They can also sometimes be intrusive or unwanted. The important thing to know is: You are not your thoughts.

I've created this 15 minute meditation to help you focus your mind on the fact that YOU are observer of your thoughts. You may have created them but they are not you.

Meditation can be a powerful aid to helping improve your mental health. As a qualified consellor and psychotherapist, I recomend the use of mediation to many of my clients. Read more about it on website: https://www.michaelfieldhouse.org/meditation/
