One of my least favorite things on this planet is a power outage. When it happens, I turn into a petulant child. It always makes me think of that line in “Billy The Mountain.” Singing it out loud in the dark, while trying to find candles and flashlights sometimes helps, “I’m petulant and I’m having a frenzy. A petulant frenzy.” Not this time, because I would have had this in your ears first thing Saturday, ahead of my target in the afternoon. You never know the full extent of the damage on the computers after an extended outage, and it wasn’t pretty but it could always be worse.
