Techno veteran relies on analog brilliance

Mike Humphries, born in London in 1963, began his career as a DJ in the 90s.
In 1993 the club ''The Orbit'' let him play in his hometown Leeds for the first time. Two years later, he already registered his first international gigs. Looking back, worldwide bookings have been made to date, five own labels and numerous releases. After releases on Communique, Bush Records, Kickin Records, Nachtstromschallplatten, Naked Lunch and Dolma Records, Mike Humphries released at the beginning of May 2019 his new album "The Fall Of Everything". We have talked to the techno veteran about his music and his career.
