My second appearance at the best electronic music festival in the Baltic States - Supynes (www.facebook.com/supynesfestival).
This year I played at midday again, so there was no need to play uptempo house/tech house, so I started where I left last year (around 110 bpm) and climbed up to 116 bpm during these 2 hours. Maybe next year I will reach the magic 120 number, who knows? ; )
Thanks to each & everyone who danced and smiled on the dancefloor, it was a pure joy to play and to share these rhythms and melodies.
I hope you gonna enjoy this one as much as I enjoyed it while playing it.

My second appearance at the best electronic music festival in the Baltic States - Supynes (www.facebook.com/supynesfestival).
This year I played at midday again, so there was no need to play uptempo house/tech house, so I started where I left last year (around 110 bpm) and climbed up to 116 bpm during these 2 hours. Maybe next year I will reach the magic 120 number, who knows? ; )
Thanks to each & everyone who danced and smiled on the dancefloor, it was a pure joy to play and to share these rhythms and melodies.
I hope you gonna enjoy this one as much as I enjoyed it while playing it.

Having 3 gigs in the last 7 days allowed me to skim through some records, both old & new, so I picked the ones I like best at the moment and stitched them together into this collage.
There's almost no continuity or homogeneity in the mix as the genres presented here encompasses nu disco, deep disco, space disco, slo deep/acid house, old school hip hop, funk, boogie funk, future funk, neo soul and so on. But this is becoming a pattern and I'm not at all worried about this.
Majority of the tracks have this kinda 'late nite' feeling and mix tempo rises from 90 to 105 bpm, so probably it's natural that the mix was yet again presented on https://soundcloud.com/loveinslowmotion y'day.

I first saw Arnas radio show Tanzen (https://soundcloud.com/radiotanzen) more than a year ago and I was simply amazed by the quality of the program and the bunch of the world wide acclaimed artists in house/deep house/nu disco/deep disco fields, that were providing their guest mixes to the show.
I was even more astounded when I found out, that Arnas is still in high school and he's living in a small town near the second biggest city of Lithuania, Kaunas.
Sometimes I feel like, that people like myself, who are really into music, who really like spending countless hours diggin' it are like dinosaurs who are getting slowly (but surely) swept away from the surface of this planet.
Arnas is a great example of proving me wrong.
My hopes that there are some really young & talented people who are still diggin' the scene I enjoy so much are being kept alive.

This is my contribution to the show.
