Matt Positive - The 45 Minute Happy Hardcore Mix I Forgot About - 1999

In 1999 we threw a party in Chicago called Detonate with DJ Brisk from the UK (Next Generation Records). Our plan was to each make a special mix that would be one side of a mixtape with the theme: UK vs. US. Unfortunately, Brisk's DAT got lost in the international mail and never appeared. I put the master for my mix in a box and forgot about it...until now. Most of the records on here are breakbeat-ish hardcore and/or super rave-ed out synth stabbing bliss. These tracks might not be the most known or popular 90s happy hardcore out there, they are some of my all-time favorite records from 1995 to 1998.
