Rampant Regardant

This started out as a techno style, side chained, down pitched tom tom bass and dub techno chords created from scratch in Ableton's Operator synth.
All very interesting and a great learning experience but the results were very predictable and a bit dull to be honest.
So I started playing around with melodic loops instead of just the Operator chords and came up with this.
It's quite a poppy sound I think.
The title comes from the cover which is a scan of a hand painted, gouache on stretched cartridge paper heraldic Lion Rampant Regardant.
