Cling Not To Fancies Daft

Goolcuddy winced and
Shameless bred
From knickers half-baked brown
Hell thrawlled and staked
The winning mob
When putrid isles did frown.

Ducks craven in a muggy lint
Were sore afraid for flight
As oil, tar, bracken, yonder quash
Spoiled everything in sight

Smog jested spoons in lunchroom works
Made way from dust to dust
Interred the germs from frothy clouds
No elephants here with must.

Exterior plight – no uses here
For dwindling is life’s stage
As Daniel’s 70th week comes nigh
Poor Ignoram’s clique spews rage.

Have forth for what I herein speak
Deeps deeper here of aft
Beaware, beaware in terms of this
Cling not to fancies daft.]]>
