CROSSFIT THROWDOWN MIX 13/02/2016

This is a little mix that I did on the fly ahead of this weekends Throwdown at the crossfit Box where I train, the mixes that I put together are aimed at people who workout and are good for any sport. This mix starts off with some Old School House classics then into some more contempary House and Trance then into some Breaks and finally ending up with some D&B with some Reggae influences. I recorded it in one shot and have not mucked around with it so it may not be perfect but the tunes speak for themselves. Enjoy, Luke aka amrapbeats........
