The outfit has an impressive catalogue of releases on genre defining labels such as Samurai Music, Rupture, Cylon, Renegade Hardware, 457, Transaltion, Alphacut and Mutable Beats.

Behind the decks, The Untouchables are a force to be reckoned with. They always deliver a heavyweight selection of sounds that come from the deeper, tribal dub side of the bass universe.
That's what this dubplate-heavy mix is all about, featuring mostly their beats with killer additions from Homemade Weapons, ReSound, Mantra and Presha.

On Low_End Cast 04, one of Leipzig's best underground musicians and one of the generals of Defrostatica Records, Aeon Flux, takes the helm.

Aeon Flux fell deeply in love with breakbeats in the early 90s. A love that started with UK hardcore and jungle, grew with drum and bass, never stopped exploring boundaries and currently finds its fulfillment in very bass-heavy music like footwork, juke and ghetto house.

She was a member of the infamous position:underground crew, ran a few music-related online forums along the way, hosted a few radio shows, threw a bunch of parties and has currently settled down as part of the team that runs Defrostatica Records.

Enjoy this mix which features Jungle, Footwork, Juke and Ghetto House at its best (including some previously unreleased cuts).

Italian bred/Berlin based artist Giordano, has been quite active in the studio, even pre lockdown, with an impressive array of releases on labels like Soma, Konsequent, Granulart Records, Decision Making Theory, Affekt Recordings , Wunderblock Records, Illegal Alien, Sävy Records and his own outlet, Senza Nome.

On the dj front, aside from being a regular at About Blank and Salon Zur Wilden Renate, we saw him owning decks and dance floor at Tresor, Suicide and a few other venues around Berlin. Outside the German capital, he has performed at some of London's best underground venues, BLOC & Corsica Studios, and also at Milan's Dude Club.

Behind the decks, Giordano's style is, quite impressive, consisting of an eclectic mix between classic and contemporary techno, electro and breaks.
A combination of dark, driving, melodic sounds and a dash of flamboyance that forms the basis of his sets.

Listening to his sets you can easily tell that this man has a soft spot for hardcore breaks, drum n bass and jungle. And his one of the coolest dudes around. Just made sense for us asking him to mix the next chapter of Low_End Cast. And what a killer of a mix he delivered 🔊 🔊 🔊

The next episode of Low_End Cast comes from N.I.T.T.A, the second alias of Berlin-based DJ and producer Dinamite.
With her bright and curious nature paired with her artistic versatility, she is constantly enriching herself and searching for new sounds and rhythms.
For some time now, she has been venturing into styles such as half step, dub step or drum and bass, while maintaining her own personal aesthetic of a vibrant sound palette.
When we first heard Dinamite present her vibrant mix of rich, dark sounds to an industrial touch, it was clear to us that we would like to have this energetic project regularly at our events, and as a logical consequence also in our mix series.

Since his first release in 2004 on Delsin, followed by several albums on Ostgut Ton and his own Soloaction imprint, René Pawlowitz has established himself as one of the best contemporary techno artists and delivered essential releases on labels like 50 Weapons, Monkeytown, XL Recordings, Warp Records, Tectonic and Power House.
René is a raver at heart with a penchant for broken beats, which he expresses through various monikers such as Head High, WK7 and The Higher, to name a few.
With his latest project Hoover1, he has stepped deeper into jungle/drum bass territory.
Counting four releases so far, Hoover1 offers essential bass music that ranges from jungle to dnb to hardcore breaks.
After smashing the Low_End Collective dance floor back in October, we are proud to present you the first ever Hoover1 mix, an one hour trip down the jungle, dnb, hardcore breaks and bass lane - we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Amen!
