This months edition of Static is dedicated to the label and the man behind Verdant Recordings, Andy Green @Verdant-Recordings

With two successful releases so far, Verdant Recordings has already received high acclaim. From starting life as a highlly limited 100 direct cut copies of Emerald City, it not only featured tracks from John Shima, Plant 43, and myself, but it also debuted a track from the talented Mihail Petrovski and was packaged with the unique and stunning artwork of Sophie O'Leary. Demand was so high that a repress was required to satisfy the intense demand.

With the 2nd release, Aura. Featuring tracks from Mick Welch, Havantepe, Low Orbit Satellite and RV800 already in the shops and enjoying high sales, Static is keen to find out more from the man behind the label with a live mix of select cuts from his vast record collection and what we can look forward to with future releases.
