I had to stumble upon cover versions by Brooklyn Express and D'Angelo before realising that Eddie Kendricks was the first one to perfom this funk classic.

In the original version the actual song kicks in straight away, which is not always fun if you're spinnning for the dancefloor. So my edit comes with a 5 minute build-up. And in the beginning I used a guitar sample from the Brooklyn Express version. Enjoy!
