Funky Explorations #52 (Loki Rapporteuz)

About 5 years ago, Gelale received a phone call from a Canadian guy whose nickname is Loki. He was launching a WebRadio in Paris and was looking for great music to broadcast... A few weeks later, Fab joined the adventure. A few months later, Fab and Gelale created the Funky Explorations series. Today, for the 52nd episode, they're happy to invite the brain and heart of Radio RapTz, Loki himself!

RapTz is a participative media with more than sixty different shows. The programming is built with the desire to offer a wide range of music and promote social and cultural initiatives. On RapTz, all DJs, producers and reporters are passionate volunteers, and there is no advertising in order to guarantee complete freedom of expression. From All Schools of Hip-hop, Soulful R&B, Jazzy Treats, Boogie Beats, Outterspace Funk, Indie Rock & Afrobeat, RapTz spreads the word in all directions.

RapTz also offers radio initiation workshops. By questioning society, participants make their own radio project by deepening cultural and artistic topics. Thanks to its mobile studio, the radio is therefore nomadic and can go to different structures and events to share, transmit and broadcast. Last September, RapTz also opened its own studio in Paris and now offers DJs a superb evocative table for live mixing. Reporters, journalists, curious, creators, activists and witnesses of urban cultures are all welcome.
