Tension - Parallax [Flood]

Right at the end of 2016 we had the opportunity to premiere one track from recently created Irish collective Flood with Syn´s "Exile". The debut label sampler came like an audio storm full of fresh ideas by the hands of Tension, Doubt and Syn, moved by passion for new horizons inside electronic music and based on their strong relations to join forces and support each others to materialize their productions and unquestionable talent.

Now we present "Parallax" from debut Tension EP with the same name where he explores influences ranging from recent South American peripheral and tribal rhythms, UK drum excursions and heavy bass tradition, to more dysphoric club trends that are both energetic and introspective where synthesized classical instruments plays main role in the creation of his musical narrative placing us between the poetic and colloquial, perfectly achieved in the last parts where distortions and marching snare cadence push us to the indie side of rock and the industrial elements together with embed initial ballroom house makes of "Parallax" an interesting alien hybrid inside contemporary electronic music.

Parallax will be available from June 7th.
