Born in ’91, the Mancunian artist KinKai, delivers the eclectic sound of his thoughts and imagination. His concept for music was developed early with encouragement from the vibrations emanating from his brother’s room, including the likes of Newham Generals, Meridian and Nasty Crew. KinKai was influenced into creating music through various artists; like Raekwon and the Ironman GhostFace from Wu Tang Clan, backpack rappers Mos Def and Talib Kweli, along with the vibrant sounds of Jai Paul.

KinKai’s debut EP, “Distortions” is due to be released in June.
