Jordi Regsan´s VapourTrail debut with no less than four offerings, straight out the handbook of claustrophobic episodes. The looped-out title track opens the EP, boasting metallic riffs and slowly evolving into a frantic synth maelstrom. "Lk69" continues in a slightly more subliminal vibe with soaring electronics and mutated vocal snippets, leading to the effect-laden "The Dark Matter" which keeps adding momentum with menacing stabs. "The Warn Horm" seals the deal with huge, mutated pads that eventually give way to a climax of disjointed synths.
