The concept behind this track is not Dr Who itself - but that everyone has a metaphorical spaceship in their mind, within which they can travel anywhere. Although Dalek sounds and the theme from Dr Who were sampled to create this track, this was used to lend immediate association to time/space travel. All of the other sounds & instrumentals are completely original and built from scratch by Jilted Hoodz' sonic screwdriver ;)
Stars hurtle and crash by silently, the cosmos flickering in the infinite space. Blinding light, soft whirring, metronomic ticking, the gentle shudder and reassertion of your Spacecraft as it thrusts into hyper speed. Audible glitches and tears as time fields converge.
The colours, the light, the speed the wonder and the peril - all dissolve into the peace and grace of the solitude within your mind. The interference and gentle burble of space chatter and alternate realities, reminds us of our collective consciousness, and of our connection to all things.
