Blind Lemons playing live at The Burleigh Arms, Cambridge in 1986. Blind Lemons were: Chris Gair (lead guitar, keyboards, b. vocals), Jim Gair (bass, b. vocals), Simon Sheldrick (drums), Sharon Durie (violin, keyboards) & me (lead vocals, rhythm guitar).

The sound here is pretty rough, mainly because nothing was mic'd up. The PA was just for vocals and drums, with all instruments from the backline - no monitors! I didn't know about this recording at the time - it was made by the sound guy (who occasionally plugs his services during it) with a mic dangling in front of his mixing desk! Still, it's a nice memory of those days to have.
The legendary Colin Hazell joins us with his tamborine for the last two numbers.
