Mix three position toggle switch.

1. If the PULSE/NOISE switch is set to PULSE,
   Up: LFO/NOISE
   Middle: PULSE
   Down: LFO

2. If the PULSE/NOISE switch is set to PLS:
   Up: LFO/PULSE
   Middle: NOISE
   Down: PULSE/NOISE
