On Brilliant Water (naviarhaiku168)

This week's Naviar Haiku was written by Ryuin, more than 300 years ago: 'Stillness: / a single chestnut leaf glides / on brilliant water'.

I used the modular synth for this, 5 oscillators slowly sequenced, but using tuned resonant filters with faster sequencing of the cut off to add extra voices over the top. I gradually bring these in and fade them out by increasing and then decreasing the resonance as the track progresses.
