The two New Zealanders Andi Numan and Simon Beeston are no newcomers to the electronic music world and with this new record on Freizeitglauben they throw together their collective experience to deliver two tracks that speak their very own language.
The wide ranging bass elements and acidic synth lines on Prize Horse, combine with tight percussion and an underlying melodic soundscape to give the track a galloping otherworldly quality that is fitting to it's name.
With Metal Breath the Kiwi pair go fourth with a deeper synth chord and an arpeggio reminiscent of that famous French Kiss, before breaking it down with a pulsing bassline interlude. The track is at once deep and melodic but also moves forward inexorably towards the dance floor.
Both tracks showcase a unique sound, rich in synth driven harmony, expansive bass and somewhat alien brass-infused melodies.
Mexican duo Signal Deluxe take the title track and strip it back into a deep roller with a slightly psychedelic character and exquisite drum programming. The remix is suitably trippy and epic in equal measure.

The wide ranging bass elements and acidic synth lines on Prize Horse, combine with tight percussion and an underlying melodic soundscape to give the track a galloping otherworldly quality that is fitting to it's name.
With Metal Breath the Kiwi pair go fourth with a deeper synth chord and an arpeggio reminiscent of that famous French Kiss, before breaking it down with a pulsing bassline interlude. The track is at once deep and melodic but also moves forward inexorably towards the dance floor.
Both tracks showcase a unique sound, rich in synth driven harmony, expansive bass and somewhat alien brass-infused melodies.
Mexican duo Signal Deluxe take the title track and strip it back into a deep roller with a slightly psychedelic character and exquisite drum programming. The remix is suitably trippy and epic in equal measure.
