His creations and live performance influences range from underground Hip-Hop to Samba and Funk, while his original works and DJ sets take listeners on journeys of House and Techno stapled with the musical influences of his rich history that isn't lost on the dancer.

Lurob's first release "Dubalicious" was featured as the opening track on Mark Farina's "House of Om" mix; since then he has collaborated with various genre acclaimed artists such as Miles Maeda, Wally Callerio, JR from Dallas, and Alessandro Arbola. As HEARdis, a partnering with OM Records artist Still Rob G., he went on to release the highly acclaimed Broken-Beat remix on Atjazz EP "Please You"; giving the duo heavy club playlist-rotations and furthering Lurob's delve onto dance floors near and far. His "Do It Well" single introduced Lurob's sound to mainstream audiences when MTV featured Lurob's track in a popular series show. Never too far from the House game, he simultaneously released his chart-topping "The Southern Exposure" EP on Tango Recordings which earned him the position of A&R for the label, and saw him bring a fresh sound with a new arsenal of artists in House music today. With strong support of his tracks from artists such as DJ Heather, Giom, and Diz, Lurob's music has been well received from DJs and Producers worldwide.

Balancing a steady DJ schedule with relentless hours spent in the studio for new projects, this genre-breaking artist's most recent notable venture "Down the Road" was featured as the opening track for Mark Farina's Mushroom Jazz 7. His latest chart-topping release is "Yellow Tremelo" on the Great Lakes Audio label, with his latest partner in sound Marijn De Langer (aka Soul De Marin). Since his debut single Lurob has steadily released material on several well-known House labels such as Coyote Cuts, Native Soul Recordings, Juiced, Greenhouse, Seventy Four, and So Sound Recordings, with upcoming releases on 1200 Traxx, Smoke City, and Lingo. Having the opportunity to establish his network worldwide, 2013 will see his efforts pay off when "UKNOWY", a Munich-based Trip-Hop record label co-owned with Stefan Lechner, gets underway with tracks ready to launch from artists such as Tommy Largo, Manjane, LeBabar, and K-Nto; with Sista Stroke already assembling the first compilation release for the UKNOWY mix series.

As a DJ he's just as successful; by consistently pushing his boundaries, Lurob effectively connects with his audience and engages them in full-on dancing delight. His method to the way he approaches both his production and DJing is single-handedly responsible for establishing a worldwide fanbase stretching from coast to coast across the United States, to the inner undergrounds of the Czech Republic and Western Europe. After a successful six month European tour in support of his latest releases which saw him headlining ten different countries on some of the best known sound systems in the clubbing industry, Lurob's already back at work on his second full-length album and putting the final touches on various EP projects.
Showing no signs of stopping, Lurob's vision of pushing his sound to the ends of the world and back again has steadily become a reality.
