This mix is very different from the styles I'm at home with. It's the first time I've tried mixing Dub Techno / Ambient Dub and it's currently very much outside of my comfort zone but a sound that I'm loving exploring the more I delve deeper. Outside of dance music I love to listen to Reggae, Dub, Stripped Back Drum & Bass so it was with pleasure that I found common elements from 4/4 and Dub in Dub Techno. I also believe in pushing myself to explore and dj different genres instead of becoming too comfortable in the genres and techniques I already have a grasp of. There's always room to learn, right?
