dj göre (aka Gustav Porsche, dr.technics, Reiseleiter)
born 1981 in berlin

DJ since september 1996. I play only with vinyls and produce electronic music since the late 90's. I use different combinations of turntables and mixers to stay creative.
My focus is on techno and house music, but also breakbeat and dance. The use of non-commercial electronic music is in the foreground. Since 1999 I have given many DJ workshops and successfully introduced people to the world of DJing.

When it started with regular bookings and success, I was only 17 years old. In December of the same year I will take part in the Berlin dj championships in the techno/house category and come second.

Some of the bars, clubs and shops I djed in no longer exist. I miss some of these places a lot in Berlin, but it's still nice to think back.
RIP: Waffengalerie, Eimer, Dehli, Maria am Ostabahnhof & Flittchenbar, Studio 192, Nontox, Stellwerk, Casino, Subground, Pfeffer Bank... just to name a few.

It wasn't until 2004 that I became interested again in non electronic music and everything else in music. Since then I've been collecting records from all genres of music and making dj sets with them.

I am happy to meet people for whom passion goes beyond money and for whom techno is a way of life.
