It's intended to be a space without taboos or restrictions, open in form and style, where I'll share not only my own recordings but also guest mixes and even some records that I love.

The final of six episodes of “All Day Long 2025” arrives with a different maturity — less haste, more depth.

There is still momentum in the opening moments, driven by the contagious energy of Ezequiel Arias, but the narrative quickly begins to open space for something more introspective. Tracks like “Myntal” by Haft or the hypnotic touch of Patrice Baumel’s remix pull us inward, where the groove is no longer just physical — it is, above all, emotional.

The journey unfolds between light and shadow, with subtle uplifting moments like “Drift” by Paul Roux or “Familiar Traits” by AEMYGDALA, constantly balancing tension and release. And just when it seems to settle, it rises again — with that progression that never fails to evoke a sense of travel.

As it nears the end, euphoria takes over with “Alive Again” by Guy J and the immersive remix by Hernan Cattaneo & Mercurio, before the energy begins a slow descent. “Synaptic Games” by Andreas Henneberg marks this transition, followed by the delicacy of “Tidings” by Jamie Stevens and the melodic emotion of “Turbulence” by Nick Warren.

And then… a void filled with meaning.
“Pomni” by Volen Sentir doesn’t close — it dissolves. It is the synthesis. The moment to feel everything that remains from these 12 hours.

This final episode is not about the end. It is about what stays when the music fades.

Close your eyes. Take a deep breath. Turn the volume up.

There are moments on the dancefloor when music stops being just sound and becomes a path. This episode is born exactly in that place — where every track is a step and every beat a choice between chaos and harmony.

The journey begins with the almost spiritual depth of “Distant Shores” by Petar Dundov. Some tracks feel as if they were written to remind us that time itself is only an illusion, and this is certainly one of them. Its melodies expand like a distant horizon, opening the door to a territory where techno becomes digital, precise, and almost cosmic.

But every journey needs movement. And so the energy rises, guided by minds that know exactly how to ignite a dancefloor: Hernan Cattaneo, Gai Barone, Ian O’Donovan. Progressive begins to take shape like a tide slowly rising, until we can no longer tell whether we are the ones shaking our bodies… or if the music is the one shaking us from within.

And just like in life, after the storm there is always a moment of clarity. The intensity dissolves into more open, contemplative melodies — leaving space to breathe, to feel the body light and the mind awake.

But… the pulse returns. Raw. Hypnotic.

Simon Vuarambon and the textures of Seraphin guide us back into the heart of movement, where rhythm becomes inevitable and every beat seems to align the entire universe with the dancefloor.

Then comes the reunion with the light. “The Prophetess” by Henry Saiz appears like a sunrise after a long night. From that moment on, the journey takes another direction — a progressive and elegant ascent, almost inevitable, guided by sonic landscapes that Robag Wruhme and Ezequiel Arias transform into pure musical storytelling.

Because in the end, that is what electronic music does when it is at its best: it tells stories without words. Stories made of tension and release, darkness and light, falls and ascents.

Two hours on the dancefloor. Two hours floating between the raw impulse of techno and the hypnotic beauty of progressive melodies.

Feel free to repeat.

In this fourth of six acts, the dancefloor awakens like a body rediscovering its own rhythm. We remain between 123 and 124 bpm — a human, organic pulse where sound is given space to breathe and the mind to wander. Progressive and melodic house sets the first horizon: Volen Sentir inaugurates the passage with ritual depth, while names such as Guy J and Hernan Cattaneo sketch vast landscapes in which each sonic layer seems to search for something not yet named.

There is a sense of slow ascent, though never a linear one. The tracks draw close and drift apart like waves, creating spatial and mental ebbs and flows. In “In My Dreams”, Quivver summons a state suspended between memory and desire, preparing the ground for a rawer, more digital energy. When Scuba enters, the sky seems to open. Techno reveals its architecture, yet melody remains the guiding light.

In the closing moments, the sensitive and unmistakable signature of Petar Dundov reminds us that light only fully reveals itself after passing through shadow. This fourth part is neither climax nor repose: it is a point of balance. A space where dancing becomes introspection, and where each beat is, ultimately, a quiet step towards ourselves.

Across these two hours, the body begins to move naturally to the rhythm of steady beats, while the mind allows itself to be led by melodies that seem to have something to say. The balance between the pulsing and the melodic creates a space of surrender, where listening becomes feeling.

The music builds in layers with a patient, almost spiritual progression. There are more cerebral and introspective moments where the sound invites reflection, contrasted by mixes where high-energy vocals emerge as statements of presence, awakening emotions and connecting everyone on this imagined dancefloor. Every transition is a step; every beat, a choice.

This chapter deepens the mixtape's narrative and marks a turning point in the 12-hour journey. You are no longer just walking around the music; you are forming a symbiotic relationship with it. With both feet on the dancefloor we’ve built in our minds and an open heart, the sound becomes a guide, reminding us that the true journey happens when we allow ourselves to follow the rhythm that calls us.
Guy Mantzur, Sasha, Axel Boman, and Alex O’Rion are just a few of the names providing the rhythm and substance for this episode.

This second episode of the third series of Phonic Therapy starts slowly, yet with depth and intention. The opening sounds float between deep and melodic, designed to ease you in without rush, where names like Gai Barone, Volen Sentir and Danny Howells create space, texture, and emotion.

Then, the journey opens up to breaks, detours, and more experimental moments, that zone where the ears listen, the mind wanders, and the body grows restless. There’s tension, breathing, and discovery, with artists like Spencer Brown, Nick Warren and Dave DK challenging predictability.

Without ever breaking the flow, this episode evolves into a warmer, classic house, with vocals, piano, trumpet, and plenty of groove to get you moving. It’s the comfort of rhythm, the celebration of the dance floor, delivered with the elegance of Jimpster, Oniris, Lex (Athens) and Henrik Schwarz.

This is the second of six parts of All Day Long 2025. Made to be heard from start to finish, like a continuous dance where beauty emerges through surrendering to the rhythms.

This is the first of six episodes in which I present All Day Long 2025. It also marks the beginning of the third season of Phonic Therapy. The start of a story told across twelve hours of music.

I don’t begin on the dancefloor. I begin before it. In a quiet place, where sound is still far from the body and closer to thought. The first tracks breathe. There is space between them. There is light. There is shadow. The music does not push. It walks with you.

This opening was built with care. Deep sounds, warm textures, melodies that take their time. There is techno that looks inward, house that knows how to wait, pianos that surface like memories, and organic music that shaped me. Producers such as Nthng, Sebastian Mullaert, and Henry Schwarz help trace this slow path, almost silent, yet full of intention.

Then, step by step, something changes. The beat begins to set the pace. The rhythm goes in search of the body.

This is only the beginning. The story will be told slowly. There is still a long road ahead.

In this 5th episode of the 2nd series, the guests return to Phonic Therapy, with a brilliant tape from Rui G, who takes us deep into techno.

Rui G.'s musical career shows his insatiable curiosity and dedication to sound research. Driven by the desire to explore new horizons in electronic music, he has developed his technique with skill and sensitivity, constantly challenging himself to build immersive musical narratives, where each set is a carefully woven journey.

His official debut as a DJ was in 2009 and in 2011 he accepted the invitation to join the Elements collective, which was a fundamental step in his artistic evolution, opening doors for him to perform at iconic events and clubs on the electronic scene, both in Coimbra and Porto. His rise took him to clubs such as Gare (Porto), Stilvoll Club (Neuss, Germany) and KABINET MÚZ (Brno, Czech Republic), as well as Boom Festival (The Gardens) in 2022, where he had the opportunity to share the cockpit with names such as David Rodrigues, The Advent, Brando Lupi, Nobody Home and Freddy K, who played an important role in his sound identity search.

His sets transcend genres and challenge preconceived perceptions, inviting the audience on a sensory journey that is always surprising.
This podcast is a reflection of that!

As I’ve shared before, this podcast is a platform to spotlight my musical endeavors and also to highlight other talented DJs and producers who inspire me. Today, I’m thrilled to introduce you to Sir Richard, a passionate electronic music enthusiast whose love for the craft mirrors my own.

Sir Richard, whose real name is Ricardo Nascimento, has recently returned to the DJ scene after a brief hiatus. His dedication to his craft is evident in his hours-long sessions behind the decks. While primarily a bedroom DJ, he has had the unforgettable experience of playing live, leaving an indelible mark on his musical journey.

His recent mixes have caught the attention of Elements Crew, and he's gearing up for some exciting gigs in the near future.

In this fourth episode, I'm sharing a hidden gem from my archives: a recording inspired by the groundbreaking Tokyo Fan Club album, We Live Electric. Released in 2022, this album was a game-changer in the electronic music scene.

To pay homage to its brilliance, I've curated a mix featuring tracks exclusively from We Live Electric, with the exception of the iconic 'Cowboys or Indians' by Unkle. The album's 20 tracks, including 10 stunning reprises, have been a constant source of inspiration in my recordings and live sets throughout 2023 and 2024.
It's just over 2 hours of pulsating, melodic techno sounds, ending with a touch of psychedelic and funk/disco house, creating a fusion of styles that I love so much.
It was from this premise that “Phonic Therapy” was born - a monthly podcast where I'll share the music I'm listening to and discovering.
It's intended to be a space without taboos or restrictions, open in form and style, where I'll share not only my own recordings but also guest mixes and even some records that I love.
Fundamentally, its purpose is to promote music in its different forms.

In this 1st episode I'm sharing the live set recorded last month at the 1st edition of Switch Off & Dance.
It was an obvious choice for me due to its positive reaction, and also as a way of thanking those who took part in it, making it special with the positive energy transmitted and the almost infinite desire to dance.

Eric C - All Day Long! 2023

Music is a hobby and a passion! For years it was the priority I went all in on. But life changes and priorities change. Family and work have pushed music into the background. It turns out to be a virus with no cure, running through the blood and talking in the ear. Over time it became inevitable to exorcise it, to find a way to release it and express it.

Over the last few weeks this need has become apparent. I had to do something that would simultaneously allow me to show my influences and share the music that I continue to discover and fill me with, and to re-expose my way of being in music through my work as a DJ.

I decided on a Herculean task - to record a set lasting around 8 hours - "All Day Long", which ends up being a follow-up to the Day & Night sessions that I've always shared during this festive season for years.

Hope you like it.
Play it loud... with open mind!

To make it easier to listen to, I've divided the release into 4 chapters of 2 hours each, which I'll be sharing over the next few weeks. At the end I'll provide a link to the full journey.
This first chapter begins with ambient and chill out sounds, then progresses to more classic house, with a sprinkling of guitars (which take me back to my rock origins), bass worthy of being on any Joy Division or New Order album and, of course, piano, which wouldn't be my favourite instrument.

I hope you like it and that it sparks your interest to listen to the following.
Play it loud... with an open mind!

Tracklist
1.	Tokyo Fan Club - Road to Autumn (Reprise)
2.	Tokyo Fan Club - Beginnings (Reprise)
5.	Chris Coco & George Solar - Guaguancoco
6.	Chris Coco & George Solar - Guaguancoco (John Beltran Version)
7.	Chris Coco & George Solar - Como El Sol
8.	Henry Saiz - Rave Flute (Mr.Malone, Josh Wetherington Remix)
9.	Jong - Undersea Lullaby (Liquid Mix)
10.	RY X - Dark Room Dancing (Eagles & Butterflies Extended Remix)
