I run the river
The river runs to me
Dances clear and so very free,
Like veins that will carry
Bloodlines flow, into the sea

Dark water still - today
Deep and cold as, night becomes the day,
Bewitched by the winter,
The frozen lochs are skater free…..

Run the river, Run with me….
Hold forever, hold that fear….

The path is soft but, crisp below
The leaves that breath hold
Secrets of us all
Submerged by the waters
The undertow will pull you through the day
