Miedo al cambio (Acostumbrado)

I close my POTENCIAL BIÓTICO album with this contemporary revival of a philosophical song I wrote 19 years ago when my grandpa died.

Could describe it as a requiem for guitar quartet, 2 voices, rhythmic base & church bell (you may know the piano version at soundcloud.com/esemanolain-rui...o-sessions-2012 album).

A mostly slow piece with lotta soul and no artistic ambition (but a little ‘Pros&Cons’ air to the end ;).

Miedo al cambio, / Fear of the change,
incómodo trabajo; / uncomfortable work;
molesto planteamiento: / annoying approach:
no me gusta lo inesperado. / I don’t like the unexpected.

A lo mejor es que no estoy acostumbrado / It is probably that I am not used
a ver las cosas cambiadas de sitio. / to see the things moved from place.
Ver a la gente irse al otro lado / Watching people going to the other side
es duro si piensas que todo / is hard if you think that everything
será siempre lo mismo. / will be always the same.

No he sabido reaccionar, / I didn’t know how to react,

una opción distinta. / a different option.
