Tom "Shotgun" Dunne is one sixth of Waterford hip hop crew Sons Phonetic and the man behind the ones and twos for the crew. He started listening too and buying hip hop when he was around 12.Tom always had a interest in DJing from watching Djs spin at skate comps in his teens. So he got his hands on a second hand set of turntables and tried his hand at Djing.

Tom considers himself a primarily hip hop DJ but you can catch him playing the likes of funk,,motown,reggae and disco in his sets.He has played gigs with the likes of Maverick Sabre,Grandmaster Flash,Caxton press,Lethal Dialect and played at his first international festival, Benicassim in Spain last summer with Sons Phonetic.
