Lars Graugaard is the composer of contemporary experimental music, who doubles as electronica performer using the alias Lars from Mars. Sometimes he is not quite certain which name to use - obviously, he needs more names.

Lars started out as a instrumental performer, later also composer of score music. He still composes quite a lot of score music, but in recent years he has used the computer as his performance vehicle, arriving at an electro style that brings together rhythms, textures and interaction. Much of it is with a strong drive, and much of it has rich and sustained pads. But however different these styles are, they are closely related in his music, because the power that music has to communicate is the passion behind his music.

Energun subsequent years continued to promote the creation of techno. It was released a large number of releases on the most famous techno labels (Decoy, Affin, Newrhythmic, Android Muziq, Darknet, Slap Jaxx,K-84 Records, AcidWorx and ect.)

To date, he played almost in all clubs and festivals in the country, even a few respectable places in the world like Tresor Berlin or Tokyo Womb. The first time he gave known about himself was through the Czech Virtual Label, which was published in 2001, his debut Untitled. Two years later he succeeded with unprecedented. His production saw Jeff Mills, who later on the sub-label of Axis Records 6277 gave Tomas the first foreign vinyl MISSION 01 - Elektrabel EP. About two years later came the further cooperation and the next release Crocks, marked the forthcoming LP For Various Reasons, released as MISSION 04 which had success with critics and the general public too.
