VODERMIX: Unplanned Parenthood

This mix is a literal snapshot of what I was feeling right after I got back from the Miami music festival at the end of March. It was compiled and mixed in a three or four hour window only a couple of days after I returned and even though it was quite unplanned, the mix has a cohesive feel to it that couldn't find when I first put ideas together earlier that month.
Starting with some grimy house courtesy of JT and Four Tet and culminating with a wild 2-step re-rub of 'Sicko Cell' it is probably the best summary of the styles I'm into that you can squeeze into 80 mins.
Production-wise I have been working on a collection of footwork edits and also some stripped back NY/NJ house remixes as well as trying to lay the foundations for my first original material in a very long time.
