The idea behind this project, for me at least, is to take some of the parts of the many mixes that I may have started and not finished, or didn't like how they turned out. There are a lot of times I will just spin randomly selected records to see if they go well together. Sometimes they do, other times, even if they're mixed well, they sound off. I started this set just the other day and went with these super old school, but it ended up going fairly dark and ending with a Star Wars sampled electro track... So I cut this part because it sounds great on it's own and I can listen and re-think where to go from the last track here to complete the set, or maybe even get suggestions and feedback from friends. Or, I could just leave it stand as it is.

2) It starts out with a classic sexy beat track, a white label called "My Name is Fantasy" which I then scratch a 1970's Disney record over it named, "The Elephant's Child" in which there is lots of talk of SPANKING people! Seriously, this happened, and I decided to use it to make that track even dirtier!

3) It's basically a 90 minute live set on vinyl, that I had never previously mixed before, and I did in one run through on the 4th, in my undies, right after I woke up that day! Classy!

So take all that into account when listening and please enjoy the shit out of it, like I did when I finally unearthed this treasure! I recently remastered it for a little better sound quality, (it's still a tape) and so you don't have to flip the tape over, or find a tape player ffs!]]>
