The truly fearless souls run toward darkness/unknown fearlessly. The challenge of surviving was chosen long ago but it is not a choice one can undo. They will see a world no one thought they could navigate and maybe nenever find real comfort in. Proving the doubters wrong can not be the means or the end but sometimes it doesn't hurt to smirk at the naysayers.
