*“I refuse to embrace Excuses, I embrace Solutions” John Taffer
That’s how Jesse describes himself as a DJ. Never afraid to go all in, his emotive musical selections are his own therapy. Having grown up on his combination of music from every era of music such as Funk to Disco as well as the start of Hip Hop to today’s Hottest Artist… all which became his influence within his own love for mashups and throwback blends, Jesse ended up with quite a mixed spectrum of musical influence. Today, this translates into sets where he picks apart and infuses together all the pieces of this music that he loves best with: seamless transition work, ethereal beat drops, throwback and new school blends, and occasionally blending 50’s and 60’s hits… all on top of a pronounced head bobbing hip hop bass line.
A very active member of his local community, Jesse is no stranger to the ups-and-downs of a small-town music scene. Though he loves playing in nightclubs, patios and special events, his love for music goes beyond the spectrum of mixing tunes. As a DJ and a Graphic Artist, he has found plenty of ways to express himself within the music industry. He also invokes himself to create Mixtapes and Podcast that he post on, djbobblehead.bandcamp.com – a website dedicated to helping himself and others become better DJs through passion and purpose.
“For me, it’s all about mood and a deep, hypnotic groove… playing those tracks that get you tapping your feet and bobbing your head without you realizing it, regardless* of genre, tempo, style, or release year. “</itunes:summary>

Jesse Martin AKA DJ BobbleHead
