Catch The Groove is broadcast every Saturday on Bondi Radio in Sydney.
The show will usually hover around 120 - 125bpm, showcasing the groovier and deeper elements of house music without the need for obvious bangers and cheese.
Occasioanlly a delve in to low slung balearic or mid tempo disco will transmit, all intended to share a good vibe and a positve time.
