Sibusiso Chriswell Nkosi, popular known as Gavalava. A post graduate at UNISA as an Mechanical Engineer. He's passion for music started at an early age, at the age of 17 years old that's were he discovered his talent of being a Deejay. A good friend of his introduced him to a guy called Peter Mnguni, whom was his mentor and manage at that time.

In 2014 he used to distribute his own mixtapes around his location to gain more exposure. As his journey through music raises, he saw an opportunity to implement his own brand called UnpluggD Selektions. Therefore he continued to release monthly mixes online on his Blog

The desire and aspiration led him to be featured on a local radio station GMFM (89.7hz) prime show "The Captive Sound" on a monthly basis.
He's currently a resident DJ and a sound manager at the Hype Pub & Restuarant. As he's love and passion grow stronger in delivering good quality music, an opportunity of organising events and maintaining a good image of the Pub. In 2015 he managed pull off his first Annual event "UnpluggD Fridays".

A year later he came up with more concerts such as UnpluggD Selektions Easter Sound Revival, Summer In Winter, Tag In Friday's, Cab'sis Night. The whole idea behind the concept "Summer In Winter" it was to launch he clothing brand. Which it consisted of T-shirts, beanies, hoodie, and straight Cabs. Throughout all his previous events, the feedback was overwhelming.
