Marcel Meurer also known as Deejay-Mackx started DJing in the year 1995.

In the Beginning he did this with Compact Disks, for ten years also with Vinyl’s and now digitally.

His style reaches from Techhouse/Trance/Hardtrance through Hardtrance Schranz Hardstyle and up to minimal Sounds. For the disco called A5 at Darmstadt he is also a little bit commercial ;-)

From the beginning of Radio-Unity.net Mackx was one of the indispensable team members and was seen at many Clubs in Germany.

On June 22nd, 2001 Mackx played the first time together with DJ R. Anthony Green, Luke Sun, Sebastian Rau and DJ Ralph K. at Radio-Unity.net.

On March 3rd, 2003 the last Show “Trance Supreme” left the Radio Stream.

DJ Mackx is a very flexible DJ, he adapts himself to his audience. On May 30th, 2003 he made a little break together with DJ Sven E at the Discothèque called Soundz in Rödermark.

With the help from DJ-AB-BASS he came to the Musikpark A5 and hung around there from the middle of 2002 to the end of 2004, where he regularly performs the warm-up or the end. At the End of 2004 Musikpark and DJ Mackx parted their ways. His audience still remembers the hot parties today.

At the Rhythm Mix Night on July 2nd, 2003 by RaDar (Radio Darmstadt) Mackx gave the minimal and progressive Techno to the best. While the Rhythm Mix Night no longer exists, it has been replaced by “Electronic-Radar” where he also does drives the Vinyl’s 1-2 twice a year.

Deejay Mackx was Resident DJ from the middle of 2004 at the Radio Online-Station and TV “Rat X Radio” till the end of 2005. Once a month he moderates his show Mackxtrackx.

A Listener from Rat X Radio praised: “It`s always a pleasure to listen to Deejay-Mackx.”

As an integral part of the Team Mackx was one of the more experienced online DJs and was also an irreplaceable member of the team. On December 17th, 2003 he heated the platter of a crowd and inspired the audience with his guest appearance on the transmitter the first time at "Soundworx.TV".

In another appearance on “Soundworx.TV” on June 13th, 2006 Deejay-Mackx presented his first Release “Flying Birds” and was seen at the show “TranceUnited TV” from its more trance side.

In addition, Deejay-Mackx is found on irregular intervals, together with many more DJ`s, at the turntables of the Club-Attack events in Halifax, Bayreuth.

Since April 2005, Deejay-Mackx owns a series called Club Invasion Rhein-Main (www.club-invasion.de). The series takes place in constantly changing locations and with different DJs. The event included so far: DJ Enerdizer, DJ Digress, Bangbros, DJ tea, Eric Deluxe, Sven E., G-Style Brothers and many more......!

Since the end of 2006, Deejay-Mackx is also a resident DJ for Warmduscher & Friends at the A5 in Karlsdorf. He`s seen on every first Saturday of the month and nowhase a close friendship with Thilo Markwort ( DJ Warmduscher). Deejay-Mackx had set himself a goal of his course for 2009 "Club Invasion Rhein-Main" to make a big name in the region and to publish several other tracks.

Since June 2009 he is a resident DJ at the online radio station justbase.fm.

BIOGRAFIE VON DEEJAY-MACKX

Marcel Meurer alias Deejay-Mackx ist seit ca. 18 Jahren schon DJ. Anfangs noch mit CD's und jetzt seit etwa 10 Jahren mit Vinyl bzw. auch neuerdings digital. Sein Style erstreckt sich von Techhouse/Trance/Hardtrance über Hardtechno "Schranz" bis hin zu minimalen Sounds. Für das A5 in Darmstadt durfte es auch mal etwas kommerzieller sein. ;-)
Seit der damaligen Gründung von Radio-Unity.net zählte Mackx zu dem unentbehrlichen Repertoire des Teams und war regelmäßig auf den Clubmissions in allen möglichen Clubs/Discos in Deutschland unterwegs gewesen.

Am 22. Juni 2001 hat Mackx zusammen mit DJ R. Anthony Green, Luke Sun, Sebastian Rau und DJ Ralph K. das erste Mal bei RADIO-UNITY.NET die Turntables gedreht. Am 05.03.2003 hatte er zuletzt bei Radio-Unity.Net in der Sendung "Trance Supreme" aufgelegt.

DJ Mackx zählt zu denen, die sehr flexibel mit der Musik umgehen und sich auch an sein Publikum anpassen können Am 30.05.2003 machte er einen kurzen Zwischen Stopp gemeinsam mit DJ Sven E. und legte das erste Mal im Soundz in Rödermark (ehem. Paramount Park) auf. Durch DJ-AB-BASS stand er mit einem Fuß im Musikpark-A5 und hat dort von Mitte 2001 bis Ende 2004 regelmäßig das Warmup und auch den Schlusspart übernommen. Ende 2004 trennten sich die Wege zwischen DEEJAY-MACKX und dem A5 in Darmstadt. Sein Publikum erinnert sich bis heute noch an die heissen Party Orgien.

Bei der Rhythm Mix - Night bei RaDar (Radio-Darmstadt) gab Mackx am 02.07.2003 minimalen und progressiven Techno zum besten. Inzwischen gibt es die Rhythm mix Night nicht mehr, sondern wurde durch die Sendung "Electronic-Radar" ersetzt . Dort dreht er 1-2 Mal im Jahr auch die Platten.

Mitte 2004 wurde DEEJAY-MACKX Resident DJ bei dem Online Sender und TV Rat X Radio, wo er bis Ende 2005 mit Erfolg einmal im Monat seine eigene Sendung "Mackxtrackx" präsentierte.

"Es ist immer wieder ein Hochgenuß; Deejay-Mackx beim auflegen zuzuhören, zitierte einst einer der Hörer von ratxradio.de . Diese Aussage spricht für sich.

Als fester Bestandteil des Teams zählte Mackx zu den erfahreneren Online DJs und war zugleich ein unersetzbares Mitglied des Teams. Am 17.12.2003 heizte er nebenher das erste Mal bei "Soundworx.TV" ein und begeisterte mit seinem Gast Auftritt die Hörer des Senders.

Bei einem weiteren Auftritt bei "Soundworx.TV" am 13.07.2006 stellte Deejay-Mackx seinen ersten Release "Flying Birds" vor und zeigte sich bei der Sendung "Trance United TV" von seiner eher trancigen Seite.

Außerdem ist Deejay-Mackx bei den Club-Attack Veranstaltungen im Halifax in Bayreuth in unregelmäßigen Abständen gemeinsam mit vielen DJ Größen an den Plattentellern zu finden.

Seit April 2005 hat Deejay-Mackx eine eigene Veranstaltungsreihe namens Club-Invasion Rhein-Main (www.club-invasion.de). Diese Veranstaltungsreihe findet in ständig wechselnden Locations und mit unterschiedlichen DJs statt. Mit dabei waren bisher u.a.: DJ Enerdizer, DJ Digress, Bangbros, Toto, Eric Deluxe, Sven E., G-Style-Brothers uvm......!

Seit Ende 2006 bis Mitte 2012 war Deejay-Mackx als Resident-DJ bei Warmduscher & Friends im A5 in Karlsdorf an jedem 1. Samstag im Monat zu sehen und hatte sich inzwischen mit Thilo Markwort (DJ Warmduscher) angefreundet.
Bis heute spielt er noch bei diversen anderen Veranstaltungen dort und hat inzwischen auch eine eigene Techno Classics Veranstaltung mit verschiedenen Headlinern wie z.B. Derb, Uwe Wagenknecht, André Visior, Talla 2XLC, Ulli Brenner uvm.

Bis Dezember 2010 war er Resident-DJ bei dem Onlineradiosender justbase.fm und hat seit Januar 2011 regelmäßige Radioshows bei Radio-Basslover (www.Basslover.de)

Am 30.06.2012 hatte er auf der Ruhr in Love in Mülheim neben Sunny Marleen, Master Blaster (Mike de Ville uva. aufgelegt und die tobende Menge im Griff.

Am 04.08.2012 gab es für Deejay-Mackx eine Premiere der besonderen Art. Er spielte das allererste Mal für 2 Stunden auf der Großveranstaltung Nature One im A-Disco und Interactive-Events Bunker.
