Well, it's been a hot minute...but I'm back and ready to get the disco started.

With all life changes...one could view it as "the end of an era", but one could also view it as a jumping off point for the next big adventure. And if I've learned anything in my time on Earth, it's that having a partner, a true, self-less partner...is one life's great joys.

So, during the course of our lives/existence, we all go through series of high points, and the low points. The latter, obviously feels a lot heavier, and can really magnify self-perceived shortcomings. It's at times like these where we really question our worth, validity, and choice of future pathways.

The thing is, without the valleys, you can't have a mountain. And, everyone has their own valley. So, when things are good, realize this. When things are bad, realize that too. When you get too caught up the climb, or the descent, you miss the view that's right in front of you. And usually, it's a pretty sweet view. The journey is always more important than the result, it's what shapes us.

So, stay strong to what you believe in. Treat people better, no matter who they are. Try to leave the World in a better state than when you got here. And remember, no matter what, that on the other side of every valley...is a mountain built on perseverance, hard work, and dreams.
