So I have decided to venture back to where I started my digital journey a few years back and have purchased Traktor scratch once again, and the time coded vinyl set up. I had dipped into the world of the controllers for a while and although they are useful for travel etc... I just love my vinyl when I'm Djing and along with the timecoded vinyl and the more simplicity of connecting the Audio10 unit I just feel now is the time to have another look at it. So this mix is a nocturnal affair I have just done at home on my new traktor set up and some of the deeper house tracks I have been digging the last few weeks / months. Guess some would say it's not my usual soulful summery style but I still feel the soul is in there shining and I enjoy getting locked into these 120bpm kind of sounds and 2013 I'm looking to venture into the deephouse side of the club and show the kids a shuffle or two!
