I have always been a fan of Louis L'Amour western books! I am also a fan of Charlie Daniels, especially his really early records. Two of my favorites are Billy The Kid and Caballo Diablo, check them out, cool songs! They both tell stories about the old west. Well, it turns out that Charlie is also a Louis L'Amour fan. One day I was thinking about telling the story of a young man in the old west, who got a reputation as a fast gun but not because he went out looking for anybody to draw against, more than he just found himself in different situations that caused him to have to draw. He didn't even realize he was fast until after the first couple of times he had to draw, that's how naive he was! Well, his reputation follows him all his life, getting him out of the trouble he always seems to find, until he finds himself the target of Bad Billy Lynn, who shoots our hero and thus, gains the same reputation that will undoubtedly follow him the rest of *his* life.

I hope you enjoy the song!

A song I wrote for my wife. I had uploaded this one before but I am having real drums put on my songs and this was one of the first from that CD, which REALLY is titled, "As Yet Untitled." That's the name of it. It's not a title that is coming at a later date. That is the title, "As Yet Untitled."
Maybe someday I'll find a quality fiddle player to play what I want played on this.
