<itunes:summary>Whiffing The Peaches from Grimsby (UK), are a phenomenon in musical concepts. They are a two member, Studio, Originals project.
Mainstay of this group is Adrian White, Multi instrumentalist, main composer and recording/mastering responsibilities for this non-live outfit. Ade is joined by Vocalist extraordinairre/Track Developement Specialist, Owenna "Trish" McKenna, and Lyricist/Promoter, Dave Larder from LAAMB (laamb.co.uk).
The concept that became Whiffing The Peaches, started way back in 2008, when Adrian approached Trish and local guitarist, Keith Dillon, to record a track with him that became "Merchant Banker". Although Ade had other self written songs, recorded roughly in his back room, that particular project didn't go any further. About 5 years ago, Ade and Trish joined forces with other local musicians to form a covers band, Skip of Fools.
They decided to form an offshoot of SOF, to record some of Ade's other songs, and, having both left SOF to consentrate on their own songs, the duo formed Whiffiing The Peaches During 2021, 5 tracks were recorded, and the band dipped their toes in the water by releasing a four track EP "Raff Riff" (featuring Trumpet player, Trev Nimmo)..
Now writing and recording songs for a new album (planned for release in the Summer of 2022), Whiffing The Peaches are gathering pace, with radio airplay across the globe, and a healthy following on social media.
If you only follow the progress of a handful of bands over the next few months, make sure one of them is Whiffing The Peaches.
As Ade says, "Whiffing The Peaches have come a long way in 2 years. We've written, recorded tracks, made videos, got airplay and released an EP, and are now recording an album"
Not bad indeed.</itunes:summary>

This track from Whiffing The Peaches, "Cold", takes a really hard look at subjects such as nuclear war and global warming, culminating in the total self destruction of the human race, due mainly to ignorance and mixed reactions to the problems that beset us.

This is a two part track; the haunting vocals of Owenna McKenna are completed in the first part, whilst a rousing, instrumental finale from Adrian White, heralds the "new" earth, divested of the burden of humans.

The song in itself is thought provoking, but for full effect, you really should watch the self explanatory video on [YouTube](https://youtu.be/DHcBM105Euw).

Simcha, which means ‘Celebration’ are a band from Lincoln, UK, who play Klezmer music.

Klezmer is mostly lively traditional toe-tapping dance music – you probably know ‘Hava Nagila’ – but there are also beautiful, heart-wrenching melodies and songs.

SIMCHA have performed at a wide range of performances including concerts, outdoor festivals, weddings and garden parties.

Klezmer music originates in the ghettos and villages of Eastern Europe where Jewish Klezmerim, or itinerant musicians, performed at all types of social events such as weddings and festivals. Despite having travelled from the Jewish communities of Poland, Russia, Ukraine and Romania all the way the Unites States, where it established itself and further developed, its quintessentially Jewish roots are still highly recognizable today.

Whiffing The Peaches from Grimsby (UK), are a phenomenon in musical concepts.
Not bad indeed.
