Komati - Birds EP

by Data Transmission

We love a good duo here at DT. Batman & Robin, Torvill and Dean, Daft Punk, we could go on all day. A a double act you may be currently less familiar at the moment but with plans just as big are London based twosome Komati who, having played together "a million times" under their individual monikers of David AKZ and Symmetry finally decided to hit the studio as a pairing.

From there things have moved quickly with their debut EP about to drop via UK label Bad Life, offering up two melodic analogue machinations that have already found themselves gaining support from the likes of Laurent Garnier, Dusky and Shadow Child. Having seriously impressed when delivering the debut version of their live show, as they warmed up for Warp Records' Plaid at Koko, we quickly set about securing both tracks from their inbound Birds EP ahead of its July 13th release which you can now stream via our soundcloud page. You're welcome.
